Cloud storage adalah essential untuk UMKM modern - backup data, kolaborasi tim, akses file dari mana saja, dan share dengan client/vendor. Pilih yang fit ekosistem kamu = saving waktu + cost long-term. Kalau ada istilah teknis yang belum familiar di sini, sandingkan dengan kamus bisnis UMKM supaya keputusan berlangganan lebih matang.

Langganan tahunan biasanya lebih hemat sekitar 17 persen dibanding bulanan. 1. Folder root jadi "tempat sampah" Semua file tumpuk di Drive root. Cari file butuh 10 menit. Setup folder structure dari awal.

2. Share whole drive ke karyawan Karyawan baru di-give "full access" ke owner Drive. Risk leak + data damage. Pakai shared drive / specific folder share.

3. Pakai personal Gmail untuk bisnis Mix personal + bisnis data. Risk: kalau Gmail di-suspend personal reason, bisnis terkena. Pakai bisnis email / Workspace.

4. Forget about offline access Customer mau lihat file saat sinyal jelek. Setup offline access untuk critical files (Google Drive offline, OneDrive offline, dll).

5. Tidak backup di luar cloud Cloud bisa fail. Tidak pernah backup ke hardisk lokal = single point of failure.

6. Share file via email attachment terus Inefficient untuk file > 25MB. Pakai cloud share link dengan permission specific.
